Adrienne: Protein Smoothie: 1 Scoop Cake batter protein powder, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, 6oz orange juice & a splash of water in blender. Also, boiled eggs for protein and Roll's all natural, fresh squeezed Lemonade tops the list for refreshing hydration!
